Marlies van der Wel (1984) is a Dutch animator, illustrator, and director known for her visually rich and emotionally resonant storytelling. Her award-winning short films have screened internationally at renowned festivals including the Berlinale, the Toronto International Film Festival, and Sundance. Defined by a distinctive visual language and meticulous animation, her work combines playful simplicity with emotional depth, exploring universal themes through intimate stories infused with subtle humor. Her short film <Zeezucht > was adapted into a children’s book, while <Emily>became the Dutch submission for the 2019 Academy Awards. She is currently developing a mid-length film and her first animated feature.

Wuan-ling GUO has over 30 years of experience in the television industry, with an extensive background in producing news programs, children’s programs, and documentaries. Since 2014, she has served as the Director and Curator of the Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival (TICFF) as well as Best of INPUT in Taiwan. Dedicated to the power of media, her mission is to create and share high-quality content that inspires audiences and fosters positive social impact.

Lee Ju-seung made his acting debut in 2008 with the film <A Cheonggyecheon Dog>. He gained recognition for his performance in <Shuttlecock>, which earned him the Best New Actor at the Buil Film Awards. He has since built a diverse body of work through his nuanced performances in television series such as <Pinocchio,> <Voice>, and <Happiness>. In addition to acting, he has directed the short films <Bloodshot Eyes> and <Mast>, establishing himself as a multifaceted artist active across film, television, theater, and variety shows.

Jang Kun-jae is a filmmaker and the chief producer of MOCUSHURA, a creative studio engaged in film production, publishing, and cultural programming. He has written and directed a number of feature films, including <Eighteen>, <Sleepless Night>, <A Midsummer’s Fantasia>, <Vestige>, <Juhee from 5 to 7>, <Because I Hate Korea>, <The Initial Memories>, and <Spring Snow>, and also directed the OTT streaming series <Monstrous>. Since 2012, he has been teaching at the Department of Film at Yong In University.

JANG Byung-won served as editor-in-chief of the film weekly 『FILM2.0』 before becoming a programmer at the JEONJU International Film Festival. He is currently chief programmer of the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival and has been teaching at Chung-ang University and Myongji University. A writer and film critic, he has also served on the juries of the Mar del Plata International Film Festival and the Valdivia International Film Festival (FICValdivia).
